Novembre 2007 :

After a pretty long harvest which lasted almost 2 months, the pression falls down here. But it is not a reason to let the attention up. The wines continue to ferment gently and require a daily vigilance.

The first rackings have been done: the wines whose fermentation is finished are transfered in another tank where they will age on fine lees.

--> A first for the Domaine: we attend the Grand Cru Days in Kientzheim on November 18th and 19th. The Engelberg, our Grand Cru vineyard, has to be discovered. The 2005 & 2006 vintages were on exclusive tasting!!
