The vineyard

The vineyard spans nearly 10 hectares, divided into some 40 plots (!) in a 3 km radius around the family home.

Although this renders our work somewhat harder, it actually enables us to make the most of each terroir by carefully adapting the choice of rootstock and grape variety. This is how the quality of great wines is born: with Mother Nature and human skills each playing their part.

Although practically all Alsatian grape varieties are grown on the estate, it is Riesling that takes centre stage, since it represents more than 25% of our surface.
